 「연세 시사한국어」는 외국어로서의 한국어를 배우는 고

급 학습자들이 신문 기사를 읽고 뉴스를 듣는 능력을 키움

으로써 고급 수준의 한국어를 익히고 한국 사회와 문화를

더 깊이 있게 이해하는 데 도움을 주고자 하여, 읽기 본문과

듣기 본문은 연설, 뉴스, 인터뷰, 토론, 좌담회, 칼럼, 사설 등

으로 다양하게 구성하였다.

부록은 듣기 지문, 모범 답안, 참고 자료, 어휘 색인으로 구

성되어 있으며, 듣기 지문은 총 30개이며 모범 답안은 학습

자의 의견을 묻는 문제를 제외한 모든 문제의 답을 제시하

여 학습자가 혼자 공부하는 데에 도움이 되도록 하였다. 참

고 자료에는 각 과와 관련하여 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 관련

기관이나 기구, 방송사, 신문사 등의 홈페이지 주소를 실었

다. 어휘 색인에서는 각 과에서 다루어진 어휘를 가나다 순

으로 정리하여 해당 과와 함께 제시하였다.
