At the same time, the selectivity of attention ensures that the individual accomplishes the most important tasks with minimal effort. 2. Note that people with certain knowledge and experience have the ability to track and maintain, because attention has tracking and retention capabilities. Because attention can keep people in a certain period of time to maintain the corresponding tension, tracking the object of attention, so that the content of attention is maintained in memory or consciousness, and until the purpose is achieved. It can be said that without paying attention to the tracking and maintaining functions, you can't learn anything and can't master the knowledge; it is the tracking and keeping of attention that enables knowledge to be acquired and absorbed. For example, most children like to watch cartoons and enjoy it. This is because cartoons are interesting, cartoon characters and story energy are attracting children's attention for a long time. Secondly, because children have physiological attention. Keep the function so that children can focus on the cartoon for a long time. 3. Pay attention to the adjustment and control functions. Pay attention to self-adjustment and control functions, and properly distribute and transfer the activities that people engage in according to their needs. Attentional allocation refers to the ability of a person to pay attention to different objects at the same time when performing two or more activities. For example, in a language class, students can take notes while taking lectures (no need to consider how to write a certain word when taking notes, and do not need too much attention for Chinese characters). This ability to pay attention to different objects at the same time is another form of attention. Attention is the nerve activity of human brain cells. Paying attention to a certain object for a long time is easy to cause fatigue. The person's attention function takes a shift or does not pay attention (rest). This adjustment and control is to better mobilize attention. Therefore, if students have distractions during the long-term learning process, it is also a normal physiological phenomenon. Teachers should look for reasons from teaching rather than simply blaming students. Pay attention to these three functions, and play an active role in maintaining and organizing mental activities. The three functions of attention are usually combined, and their combined effects enable people to clearly, completely and deeply reflect the objective world and social life.
